BETONGUAINA®.S is a water-based integrated waterproofing system.
BETONGUAINA.S creates a film with excellent waterproofing and elastic properties at temperatures as low as -25°C. BETONGUAINA.S allows to realize waterproofing membranes in situ.
Range of use
BETONGUAINA.S, reinforced with MAT 22, NYCON 100 or NYCON 200, is used for waterproofing purposes on flat roofs, terraces, balconies, terraced roofs, valleys, tanks and swimming pools. Tiles can be directly glued onto BETONGUAINA.S using the BETON H or BETON RAPID adhesive.
Advantages
- is already fluid, without having to add any water;
- can easily impregnate reinforcing frames;
- is easy to prepare and apply;
- produces a very compact film;
- offers excellent adhesion on concrete and ceramic;
- when reinforced with NYCON 200, creates a waterproofing layer resistant to underlying surface cracks as large as 2.5 mm at –20° C .

BETONGUAINA® is a water-based integrated waterproofing system that creates a film with excellent waterproofing and elastic properties. BETONGUAINA allows to realize waterproofing membranes in situ.
Range of use
BETONGUAINA, reinforced with MAT 22 or NYCON 100, is used for waterproofing purposes on flat roofs, terraces, balconies, terraced roofs, valleys, tanks, swimming pools, planter and roof gardens.
BETONGUAINA, with or without reinforcement according to building plans, can waterproof foundation walls in permanent damp conditions, window-sills, perimetral walls, chimney-pots, etc. BETONGUAINA is suitable for any waterproofing job on pedestrian surfaces. Tiles can be directly glued onto BETONGUAINA using BETON H or BETON RAPID adhesive.

Quartz coating for external floors
BRIGHT STONE® is a three component system:
- component A: mix of high UV resistance binders in a solvent solution,
- component B: hardener
- component C: mix of coloured quartz material.
Upon mixing, the three components provide an ideal system for outdoor floors laid over liquid membranes (like BETONGUAINA and BETONGUAINA.S).
Thanks to its abrasion resistance and no-slip performance, BRIGHT STONE is suitable to cover terraces and balconies, especially where a thin coating with high mechanical resistance is required. BRIGHT STONE belongs to the A class of anti-slip products.
Range of use
BRIGHT STONE is used on external floors designed for light vehicle (up to 3.5 tons) and high pedestrian traffic.

Bicomponent elastomeric membrane
HELASTON COLOR is a bicomponent product; the two components react to produce a temperature resistant elastomeric material, applicable (with or without reinforcement) to various surface types and yielding a highly elastic waterproof cover, treadable and abrasion resistant. It will adhere to different materials, provided they are dry.
The product resists defrosting salts, UV rays and trying weather conditions (there is just a slight tendency to turn yellow). Choose strong colours or, alternatively, cover with a thin layer of coloured TYPEWALL.
HELASTON COLOR is available in standard red, green and grey (plus additional colours on request) that may get a yellow tinge in time.
Range of use
HELASTON COLOR is used to make waterproof coats on flat roofs, treadable terraces, valleys, gutters, metal cladding and asbestos cement surfaces, especially when there is a requirement for high waterproofness on thin layers and total insensitivity to temperature changes, as well as ease of application.
HELASTON COLOR is particularly suited for surface coats on walkways and cycle lanes, sport installations, bowl courts, etc.

After setting, the film offers excellent impermeability, flexibility in the cold and elastic stretch properties.
HELASTON SOL is used to produce waterproofing membranes in situ.
Range of use
HELASTON SOL is ideal to make foundations waterproof if the laying surface is not too damp. The product can also be used on substrates subject to considerable expansion.
Due to its characteristics, it is not recommended for UV exposed areas.
Advantages
- working temperature between -40 and + 80°C;
- can be applied during the cold season, down to -10°C;
- can be used on old bitumen membranes;
- low cost.

- foundations and underfloors (with or without reinforcement);
- planters and terraces (with MAT 22 or PL 100 reinforcement).
Warnings and special instructions
- treated surfaces may be used after about 48 hours.
- is not indicated for tanks and channels.
- do not apply during a foggy day or at temperatures under +10°C.

NORDPUR SW is a water based product made up of two liquid components; once mixed, the two components produce a flexible and highly adhering material.
It can easily be applied to different types of substrates to yield a smooth coating with good weather and abrasion resistance properties. Its colour will not significantly change in time.
Range of use
NORDPUR SW is indicated as a finish and protection coating in the following cases:
• with waterproofing systems involving the use of BETONGUAINA or BETONGUAINA.S;
• with epoxy resin, epoxy cement or polyurethane resin coatings on floors and walls;
• with concrete floors or concrete screeds not used as parking areas for cars or vans.

NORTIG is available in three standard colours: white, grey, red, plus additional ones on request.

Is used to produce waterproofing membranes in situ:
- on flat roofs (treadable and not treadable);
- on terraces, balconies, terraced roofs and valleys.
You can glue tiles directly onto NORTIG.

Tile protection for the terrace
Protection against the penetration of water is nowadays particularly important to prevent acid rains corroding the cement components of building structures.
Acid rains, which are a form of precipitation containing carbon dioxide and other components of the polluted atmosphere, are by now typical even in the Mediterranean areas and are affecting the durability of the building structures in our country more and more. By simply using PRO–TILER you are guaranteed a very long period of total protection for all those parts of your house that are normally exposed to rain.
With PRO–TILER you can protect the terraces and balconies of your home from infiltration. Not only that, you can also protect all the absorbing surfaces of dwarf walls, pavements and exterior walls whether they are in concrete, plastered or tiled.
PRO–TILER is also useful for treating tiled bathroom floors and walls.
Application of the products
1. Whenever the surface has been washed, wait for it to dry.
2. Apply PRO-TILER FONDO with a roller and wait 15-20 min. (until the solvent has evaporated from the tile) before applying the finish.
3. Apply PRO-TILER FINITURA with a roller.
PRO-TILER FONDO is a solvent-based formulation of oligomers and polymers made to react chemically with mineral surfaces to make them water-repellent while leaving the colour and initial breathability unchanged. PRO-TILER FONDO develops a long-term water-repellent and protective effect against the elements and UV rays.
It is used as a primer prior to application of PRO-TILER FINITURA.
PRO-TILER FINITURA is a ready-to-use, single component, colourless, fluid, fluorinated polymer in a solvent base. When the product is applied onto the absorbent building surface that has already been treated with PRO-TILER FONDO, it penetrates very quickly and dries to form an invisible protective film over the surface, thereby preventing water from penetrating while allowing vapour to pass.
The very high UV and dirt pick-up resistance of PRO-TILER FINITURA together with its capacity to bond to PRO-TILER FINITURA gives the material a “velvety” appearance, which improves the aesthetic characteristics of the treated surfaces.
Coverage
The contents of the PRO-TILER kit (2 litres) allow a surface area of approx. 10 m² to be treated.

TIPEWALL is a bicomponent product; once mixed, the two components give rise to a flexible and tough material: a glossy coating, weather, UV and abrasion resistant on different surface types.
The product is available in a range of shades on request, none of them subject to colour variation in time.
Range of use
TIPEWALL is used as a protective and decorative UV resistant finish on the following liquid membranes: NORTIG, NORDPLAST and (with a proper base) BETONGUAINA.
It is also the ideal finish for outdoor, weather exposed epoxy (NORPHEN) or polyurethane (NORPHEN PU and HELASTON COLOR) systems, to prevent early tarnishing.
The product can be used as both body and finish following application of a proper base (NORPHEN FONDO IGRO) on all building industry substrates. TIPEWALL can be decorated with a sprinkle of coloured FLAKES.

TIPEWALL TRASPARENTE is a bicomponent product; once mixed, the two components give rise to a flexible, tough material with a very pleasant look: applied to different types of surfaces, it will produce a clear, glossy coating, resistant to abrasion, UV rays and trying weather conditions.
TIPEWALL TRASPARENTE offers the unique feature of not being subject to surface changes even after many years exposure to trying weather conditions.
The product is also available in the following versions:
- scratch-proof TIPEWALL TRASPARENTE AGR, with higher abrasion resistance;
- scratch-proof, no-slip TIPEWALL TRASPARENTE AGR ADS, with added inert material, for a non-slip surface in the presence of water.
Range of use
TIPEWALL TRASPARENTE is used as a clear finishing, protective layer, UV and acid resistant, for epoxy (NORPHEN) and polyurethane (NORPHEN PU and HELASTON COLOR) based systems, in particular as a finish decorated with FLAKES.
