| DRY BETON SUPER |
 |
|
|
 |
Damp proofing plaster
DRY BETON SUPER is a premixed dry plaster based on hydraulic cement, select inert material, light mineral aggregates, synthetic fibres and specific additives.
Upon mixing with just clean water, it produces a thixotropic, easy to work mix, very light and ready for use: ideal to lay high performance damp proofing plasters without having to pretreat the surface with any other product.
Once hardened, the plaster shows a macroporous structure, especially effective against mineral salts (it causes them to crystallize within its own mass) and rising dampness (making it diffuse outwardly).
Range of use
- restore damp masonry affected by damp rising, both outdoors and indoors;
- damp-proof masonry in high salt concentration environments (coastal marshlands and marine habitats), even in the presence of salt flaking.
- damp-proof basements, provided no water is infiltrating from outside.
Advantages
- is a multifunctional preparation: one product delivers the results normally obtained with complex treatments involving different products;
- has remarkable hydrophobic properties, cancelling rain water negative effects on damp proofing plasters;
- offers exceptional condensation-proof and thermal qualities;
- is perfectly compatible with silica and lime based finishing coats.

Damp proofing plaster
MONODRY 1000 is a powder made up of hydraulic cement, select inert material and specific additives. Once mixed with clean water, it produces an easy to work mix, ready to apply and providing a full finish for damp proofing plasters.
After hardening, the plaster shows ideal characteristics for damp masonry treatment.
Range of use
- damp-proof masonry affected by capillary damp rising, in interiors;
- damp-proof basements with damp and condensation problems, provided no water is infiltrating from outside.
Advantages
- offers good water vapour permeability;
- is monocomponent and ready to use;
- is inexpensive.

Damp proofing plaster
MONODRY 1200 is a powder made up of hydraulic cement, select inert material and specific additives.
You only need mixing with clean water to have an easy to work, thixotropic, ready for use mix producing high performance damp proof plasters.
Once hardened, the plaster is remarkably weatherproof and allows to solve masonry problems due to high salt concentration and capillary rising dampness.
MONODRY 1200 is also available with the same characteristics in its P version, specific for plaster sprayer use.
Range of use
- restore damp masonry with capillary damp rising problems, both outdoors and indoors;
- damp proof masonry in high salt concentration environments (coastal marshlands and marine habitats), even when damaged by salt related flaking.
- damp proof basements, solving both condensation and damp problems, provided no water infiltrates from the outside.
Advantages
- offers a very high water vapour permeability;
- is monocomponent, ready for use and needs no special rendering;
- has good thermal insulation properties.

PACKAGING
In 1 and 25 litre packs |
 |
|
|
 |
Water repellent masonry injection treatment
NORDRY 100 BASE is a concentrate of water repellent products capable to functional modify masonry blocks. Duly diluted in water and then injected, the product can make masonry more hydrophobic down to the core by saturating wall micropores and lowering macropore surface tension.
Range of use
NORDRY 100 BASE is used as a hydrophobizing solution for masonry injections:
- at a low cost;
- easily;
- without producing any smell.
The product can also be used to make more hydrophobic, by immersion, a range of building materials (bricks, tiles, etc.).

Ready to use water repellent
for masonry injections
NORDRY 200 I ECO is a clear product made up of functionalized oligomers and polymers dissolved in a dearomatized, odourless solvent: once the carrier has evaporated, they polymerize and impregnate the material’s cavities, coating their walls and making them hydrophobic.
The product shows remarkable resistance to washout and alkaline agents.
Range of use
NORDRY 200 I ECO is used as a hydrophobizing solution for masonry injections to eliminate capillary rising damp.

Water repellent for masonry injections
NORDRY 200 BASE is a solvent free product made up of functionalized oligomers and polymers; once diluted in the proper solvent and injected, can make masonry more hydrophobic down to the core.
The product is highly resistant to alkaline agents, washout and rising dampness.
Range of use
NORDRY 200 BASE is used as hydrophobizing solution for masonry injections, to eliminate capillary rising damp.
The product can polymerize also in damp environments.

Where not to use it:
- on gypsum-based plasters and plasterboards;
- on concrete;
- on plastic coverings.
Advantages
- is easy to work and touch up;
- delivers a finishing layer that can be coated straight away with thin layers of paint;
- provides a good finish for macroporous and damp proof plasters.
