Tricomponent epoxy coating
NORPHEN W3 is a three component product specifically designed to provide a smoothing layer characterized by high standard adhesion (especially on wet and tiled surfaces), and good resistance to water negative pressure even in wet conditions. Apply on one layer of NORPHEN SW SOLID, duly diluted with water.
Application
Pour NORPHEN W3 part B into part A and mix well with a slow speed professional mixer;
pour part C into the resulting mixture and mix thoroughly to obtain a perfectly homogeneous mix, then apply with a steel spatula. The substrate can be dry or lightly wet.

Lime-gypsum based smooth finishing treatment for interior walls
RASANTE 1000 is a monocomponent premixed powder that after mixing with water provides an ideal fine finishing treatment for any indoor plaster based on cement, gypsum or anhydrite.
Range of use
RASANTE 1000 is used on indoor surfaces like premixed plasters, gypsum panels, concrete blocks or plastered bricks, as well as on new or old masonry when there is a need to even out the surface after removing old painting, wallpaper, etc.
Application
Mix RASANTE 1000 and clean water with slow speed mixer, then apply one or more layers in one day with a steel float or plaster trowel.

Lime-cement based smoothing layer for exterior and interior white plasters
RASANTE 1100 is a premixed monocomponent powder; after mixing with water, it provides an ideal fine finishing layer for interior and exterior white plasters.
RASANTE 1100 is applied with the "wet on wet" technique to traditional premixed plasters and to restoring or damp-proof ones.
Mix with NORDLATEX VA prediluted 4(5 times in water, for use on old and dry walls.
Pretreat with RIVLATEX or NORDLATEX VA any old, pulverizing surface.
Rough and uneven substrate must be smooth using RASOMIX before.
Application
Mix RASANTE 1100 with clean water in a concrete mixer or continuous plaster sprayer.
Apply with a steel float or plaster trowel in two layers at 1 hour interval.
As soon as the smoothing layer starts to set, finish with a sponge float, wetting as much as necessary for optimal results.

Smooth white plaster finish for exteriors and interiors
RASANTE 1200 is a monocomponent premixed powder based on hydraulic cement, select inert material and resins; after mixing with water, it provides an ideal finishing layer for interior and exterior fine white plasters.
It can be used on most substrates in the building industry (cement, gypsum, plastic, etc.), either new or old, indoors or outdoors.
Range of use
RASANTE 1200 is the ideal product to restore vertical concrete, tiled or synthetic resin coated surfaces, and wherever there is a requirement for excellent substrate adhesion, workability and homogeneous covering.
RASANTE 1200 is used, as a smoothing mortar, before applying BETONGUAINA.
Application
Mix RASANTE 1200 with clean water with a professional low speed mixer, or in a concrete mixer or continuous plaster sprayer. Leave to rest for about ten minutes, mix again briefly and apply two layers at about one hour interval using a steel float or plaster trowel.
As soon as the product starts to set, finish with a sponge float, wetting as much as necessary for optimal results.

Two component smoothing compound for surfaces due to be resin coated
RASANTE 2000 2K is a two component product (liquid and powder to be mixed at the moment of laying) containing quartz sand, cement, additives and resins; mixing leads to a very soft, creamy mixture specifically designed for a fine finishing of surfaces destined to be resin coated (for pedestrian traffic only).
Application
Pour RASANTE 2000 2K part B and part A into a suitably large, separate container, and mix with a slow speed mixer.
Leave to rest for 5-7 minutes, then mix again briefly and proceed to apply.
Use steel float or plaster trowel to apply one or more layers.

Non-shrinking white and grey finishing plaster for interiors and exteriors
RASOMIX is a fibre reinforced, no-shrinking finishing plaster offering high plasticity properties even while setting, designed for any type of finish, repair and filling, plus re-forming of missing parts, including the creation of raised features, by hand or with the use of moulds. Any pulverizing substrates must be pretreated with NORDLATEX VA or SUPERLATEX.
Application
Add RASOMIX wit clean water and mix with a slow speed mixer to obtain a lump free mixture, using as much water as required by the job.
Apply one layer with trowel, steel float or plaster trowel and finish with sponge float or steel float, wet.
